Terms:

New Products:Cash, COD, Credit Card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover) or Open Accounts with Net 30 days upon credit approval.

Grinding and Manufacturing Services: Payment is due on delivery. For custom tooling a deposit may be required.

Shipping:

Standard shipping to the continental U.S. via UPS Ground FOB Poughkeepsie, NY. UPS Shipping charges based on merchandise total of the order or USPS Flat rate charges are added to the invoice.

To request 2-DAY AIR and NEXT DAY AIR shipping please specify in the "SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS" box on the check out page. All air shipments and shipments to AK, HI, PR, and all other countries are based on weight and must be calculated prior to shipping.

We will contact you with shipping cost for your approval. We do not charge shipping on back orders.

$ 25.01 to $ 50.00 = $7.95

$ 50.01 to $100.00 = $9.95

$100.01 to $200.00 = $11.95

$200.01 to $300.00 = $12.95

$300.01 to $400.00 = $13.95

$400.01 to $500.00 = $14.95

OVER $500..............FREE

COD Orders add $11.00 UPS mandated surcharge

Cancellation and Returns:

Standard orders may be cancelled without charge prior to shipping. There may be a cancellation charge for custom orders. Please call Customer Service at 877-264-9747 to set up product returns. There may be a 15% restock charge on certain items.
